Founded by Chef Owner, Martin Baylis, and restaurateur, Matt Beveridge, Roku is guided by a shared passion for ingredient-led cooking, thoughtful hospitality and creative storytelling.
Our name meaning “six” in Japanese, reflects both the structure of our tasting menu and our home at 6 Hobbs Hill. Set in a relaxed coastal village, Roku invites guests to slow down, savour the moment, and experience familiar flavours in a new light.
